On the other hand, Eid-Ul-Adha will be falling on 28th November, 2009.

Usually, Eid al-Fitr is always on the same day of the Islamic calendar. Since the Gregorian calendar is a solar calendar and the Islamic calendar is a lunar calendar, the difference means Eid al-Fitr moves in the Gregorian calendar approximately 11 days every year. The date of Eid al-Fitr also varies from country to country depending on whether the moon has been sighted or not.

Eid-Ul-Adha begins on the tenth day of the Islamic month of Hajj. The first 10 days of the month are special times of religious prayers and recitation but not a time for fasting.
